Job Listings and Applications
If you wish to use the Site to apply for a job, we will need to collect basic information about you, including your name, address, telephone number and email address. If you proceed with a job application, you may be required to submit additional personal information, such as your date of birth, your education and career history and curriculum vitae, or resume. If you choose to register in the CV database, you will receive a mail with a personal password, with secure access to your journal/file.
Quality measurement surveys
If you take part in our quality measurement survey, we may ask you to provide us with personal information, including your name, email address, views, and opinions.
How we use personal information
C-Level Consulting uses your data and CV in connection with a process and your CV may be passed on to a client. If you upload your data and CV we use this information to match you against job openings, advertised or in a discreet search.
During a process with C-Level Consulting, you may be asked to file a personality test and a cognitive test. These tests will only be used in connection with a specific process at C-Level Consulting in combination with the CV and a personal report produced by C-Level Consulting. C-Level Consulting is obliged not to pass on the “raw” personality and cognitive test to a third party, and to destroy the tests according to the law – “The Act on Processing of Personal Data”.
As part of the C-Level Consulting quality assurance, you accept that C-Level Consulting may contact reference persons approved by you and C-Level Consulting.
We will only use your information in accordance with this Policy, or where we are required or authorized by law to disclose your information to others or have your permission to do so.
Keeping information secure
C-Level Consulting invests significant resources to protect your personal information, from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no internet-based site can be 100% secure and thus, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorised or unintended access that is beyond our control.

Keeping your records
We keep records for as long as required to provide the relevant service, and in accordance with legal, tax and accounting requirements. Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner and, where required by applicable law we will notify you when such information has been disposed of.
